Welcome to Tramview
Tramview is located in Cathedral City, close to all the Desert Communities. Palm Springs adjoins Cathedral City and is a 55+ park. Shopping, churches, restaurants, banks, golf, and hiking are all very close. Taxis and local bus service run throughout the Valley.
Tramview MHP consists of approximately 275 to 300 lots suitable for Mobile Homes and RVs. Lots are leased on a month to month basis, both long term and RV lots are leased weekly and monthly.
RV's are welcome but please call or email in advance as we have many reservations from returning guests. We have a few large lots that will accomodate 46' plus RV's. We rent lots to the RV's by the week or month. Please call or email.
We have an active Residents Club with events year around. The Clubhouse outside has a Large Pool and large SPA with multiple jets. Both were resurfaced in 2010. We also have 9 professionally maintained Shuffle Board Courts.
The Clubhouse has plenty of room for meetings and special events with full kitchens. Also included in the Clubhouse are pool tables, games, puzzles and two Pianos as well as areas to run your computer (wifi) and a large TV to enjoy your favorite programs. On site are two laundry rooms with men's and women's rest rooms with showers.
